Recent commission work... NOTE: I did not create the basic figure, which is a pretty cool BTW. The client created the base model by combining the Giant and Spider kits, I did all the GS work to tie it together. Model will be used as a Daemons of chaos Soulgrinder for warhammer fantasy.
I channeled "The Thing" for the leg stumps and ripped up britches Smoothed all the joins of the conversion.
Leg stump and protruding thigh bone. Bone is plastic tube, which I distressed and reshaped to make it "Bony".
And the backside, I used the liquid GS to blend in some of the elements. Apply and scrape, rinse and repeat :)
A little different view of the backside. You can see the frayed an ripped pants.
The join between the giant's arm and the claw was a bit clunky, so I decided to sculpt straps. Think they work.
Arrrrrghhhh!

That is an odd looking giant, but cool.
What is he planning on fielding it as, just a Giant or something Else?

Love it!! Great work as always.
Thanks! The client created the base model by combining the Giant and Spider kits. Great concept. I just helped pull it all together with some GS work. @ColKillgore I'm not sure how he plans to use it, I think as a DOW giant.
Found out model will be used as a Daemons of chaos Soulgrinder for warhammer fantasy...
